We offer not only a service to recondition well used cutting boards, but also clicking press knife manufacturing and a press cutting service.
Our board reconditioning process ensures the boards are perfectly flat with both cutting sides parralel to each other to ensure perfect cuts.
We can accomodate all common board sizes and thicknesses down to 5mm. We can offer board backing to extend the life of a board.
If you have an abnormal sized board, get in touch and we may be able to develop a soluion to meet your needs.
You can either send your board directly to us for us to recondition then send back, or, for a call out fee, we can bring our system to you, saving courier / transport costs and meaning your boards can be serviced and back on the cutting press the same day.
Standard reconditioning for a board is £30 (inc. VAT) per Sq.M, deep reconditioning for badly damaged or warped boards will require assesment to determine the cost before servicing.
We can manufacture clicking press knives of any size or shape. Email us an enquiry with a description and drawings of what you need and we will send you a competitve quote.
We can also offer a press cutting service, every order cut on a newly resurfaced board for guarenteed clean cuts
